To create a Staff Intranet in Canvas, the first step is to enable security in Canvas. The staff can view the content on the Staff Intranet only if they have a login and password. The password should be the same as that used to log into other CCSD online services. In addition, the public will not be able to view content on the Staff Intranet. Therefore, the Technology Director should gain access to the Staff Intranet to allow only certain people to see the content.

The Cherokee County School District uses a Learning Management System (LMS) called Canvas. During the 2019-2020 school year, the school district will accept school choice reassignments from kindergarten through grade 12.
