Navbar

Courses
To access Courses at Lonestar edu D2L, you must have an active Lonestar edu email account and password. Once you have these, you can sign in to D2L and access your course. Once you have logged in, the Navbar on the top of your course will display links to the course tools. If you need assistance, click on the Support link. This will take you to the Virtual Learning Assistance Center. This is a resource that will answer questions and help you with any technical issues.
Courses at Lonestar edu D2L pages have a similar layout. A menu at the top of the page will include links to My Home and Courses at Lonestar edu. You can select one of these icons to view a list of your courses. You can even pin a particular course for quick access later. Clicking your name on your course’s page will also bring up your Personal menu, where you can manage your settings, check your progress, and log out.

Changing your lonestar edu d2l name
You can change your legal name if you’re not satisfied with the one you’re currently using on your lonestar edu d2-l portal. To do so, log in to your student account, click the Student tile, and click the Profile tab. Next, click the “+” button next to the Name field. Then, choose the type of name you want from the dropdown menu. Enter the new name, and then click Save.
Your username is the combination of your last name and birthdate. If you want to use the same username for different accounts, you may have to create several accounts. You can also use a nickname for your LoneStar edu d2-l.
